• Delayed action. Holds door open for a short time to allow slow moving traffic
  to pass through the opening then closes  the door.
• Adjustable spring size 1-6 shipped as size 4
• Flat Form Non-Hold Open regular arm, Tri-Pack with PA (parallel arm) bracket
  for regular, top jamb and parallel arm applications
• Barrier Free, meets ADA requirements (Opening force 5 lb or less
  on interior doors, 8.5 lb or less on exterior doors )
