Top Pivot

Product Overview

  • 3/4" Offset Full mortise top pivot for 1-3/4" thick lead-lined doors
  • The hole pattern in the pivot is staggered to straddle the lead in the center of the door.

Technical Specifications

  • Can also be used on non lead-lined extra heavy or thick doors.
  • Standard with all machine screws
  • Pivot standard design includes needle bearings with hardened pins for durability and long life

Technical Specifications

  • Screw holes designed to straddle lead in the middle of the door.
  • Can also be used on fire doors rated up to 3 hours
  • Can be use with 7471K and 7471HD floor bearing.

Available as a special order for doors 2", 2-1/4", 2-1/2" and 3" thick and in other finishes.

BTS80 Body and Cement Case

Product Overview

  • Floor Closer body with cement case, less spindle
  • Compact closer body and cement case 2-3/8" deep suited for thin slab concrete construction.
  • Spring Size 2 or 3
  • For center hung or offset applications
  • For doors weighing up to 660 pounds
  • Size 2, Exterior doors 2'6"-3'6" wide,
    Interior doors, 2'6"- 4'0" wide
  • Size 3, Exterior doors 3'6"- 4'0" wide,
    Interior doors, 4'0"- 4'6" wide
  • For both single and double-acting doors
