Single acting cylinder in head frame. Concealed arm and track in door top rail.
Size 1 for ADA applications, barrier free- opening force 5 lb or less
on interior doors, 8.5 lb or less on exterior doors
Single lever arm and roller assembly
For interior and exterior doors to 36" wide.

Any door closer that is selected, installed and adjusted based on ADA or other reduced opening force requirements may not provide sufficient power to reliably close and latch a door.
