Rixson 30-Complete Double Acting Floor Closer

SKU: 30-Complete - Includes All Components or Customize Below When a floor closer that permits a door to swing in both directions is needed the Rixson 30 series double acting floor close fills the bill. For interior doors up to 200 LBS. and up to 4' 0" x 8' 6". With adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing. Complete closer packages can include everything that you need for a new installation.

Body

Technical Specifications

  • Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing
  • Mechanism returns door to center
  • Available non hold-open (NHO) or automatic hold open (AHO) at 90 degrees or 100 degrees ( 90 degrees requires 95 degree swing)
  • Maximum door opening 103 degrees
  • Overhead stop recommended for exterior or high traffic doors
  • Uses steel cement case
  • Not allowed for fire rated doors
  • For single acting applications - #60131 applied stop required
