Used as a concealed floor closer for independently hung doors using butt hinges or pocket pivots.
- Door hanging means (by others) determines maximum door weight
- Auxiliary stop recommended
- Complete installation requires closer body, mortised door rail and slide track type bottom arm
- Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and backcheck
- Not available in “PH”, “DA”, or “HO”
- Extended spindle required for threshold applications
- Uses cycolac cement case
- Special template may be required
