Technical Specifications

Used as a concealed floor closer for independently hung doors using butt hinges or pocket pivots.
  • Door hanging means (by others) determines maximum door weight
  • 90° maximum door swing
  • Auxiliary stop recommended
  • Complete installation requires closer body, mortised door rail and slide track type bottom arm
  • Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed and backcheck
  • Not available in “PH”, “DA”, or “HO”
  • Extended spindle required for threshold applications
  • Uses cycolac cement case
  • Special template may be required
