SKU: 99-Series Rixson's Checkmate 99 series electromagnetic holder is just what is required for doors that need to be held open but already have perfectly good door closers! The 99 Checkmate can be detectored for a complete stand-alone installation or non-detectored as part of an established building alarm system. The Checkmate 99 can be used with any make or model of door closers (except overhead concealed). Even floor closer installations lend themselves to this product.
