          This is a Special order item and can not be returned. Lead time is 6 weeks.

  • Standard top pivot for L147, L117 pivots, L27 and L25 floor closers
  • Screw holes designed to straddle lead in the middle of the door
  • Non-ferrous base material
  • Normally supplied for 1-3/4" doors
  • 3/4" offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door)
  • Furnished with wood and machine screws

Available to accommodate door thicknesses of 2", 2-1/4", 2-1/2", or 3" and different finishes than shown. Contact us directly to arrange for your special order.
