The Rixson L27S 3/4” floor closer body is designed for extra heavy lead-lined doors which are usually found in medical facilities to block the spread of dangerous radiation. As a special order, this closer can include features such as Cold-Water Fluid, a feature to prevent sluggish closing of doors that are constantly in temperatures below 32 degrees fahrenheit, , which keeps a door open for forty seconds at seventy degrees, and other features that can be very useful where applicable.
