- Application - standard duty for medium frequency doors.
- These models have leaves that are concealed between the rabbet of the frame and the hinge edge of the door
- Door of any Material.
- Clearance- 5/16" hinge side -plus standard lockside clearance.
- Door/Frame Reinforcement: none required to 200 lbs, heavier weight use 16 gauge channel.
- Fasteners-Dril-Kwik (R) screws.

- Length -83"and 95" standard.
- Finishes – clear aluminum or dark bronze anodized.
- All Roton continuous geared hinges are surface applied.
- Roton hinges are always installed flush with the top edge of the door.
- Recommended 1/8" for head clearance.
- Frame and door leaf alignment ribs for proper hinge and door location.
- Should in-the-field modifications be required, cut only from the bottom of the hinge. Do not cut through bearings or screw holes.
