Product Overview

Application - heavy duty for high frequency doors or heavy, medium frequency 1-3/4" thick doors.
These models have leaves that are concealed between the rabbet of the frame and the hinge edge of the door
Door of any Material.
Clearance- 5/16" hinge side -plus standard lockside clearance.
Door/Frame Reinforcement: none required to 200 lbs, heavier weight use 16 gauge channel.
Fasteners-Dril-Kwik screws.

Recommended 1/8” for head clearance.
Should in-the-field modifications be required, cut only from the bottom of the hinge. Do not cut through bearings or screw holes.
