• Backset 2-3/4" standard
• Strike- 4-7/8" ANSI A-115.2 Curved Lip Strike with 1-1/4. curved lip
• Latchbolt - Stainless steel bolt 7/8" dia. x 1/2" throw
• Door Prep` 161 (2-1/8" cross-bore with a 2-3/4" backset, and a 1" edge-bore with a mortise 1-1/8" wide and 2-1/4" high)

• Key in either lever locks or unlocks outside lever

  The outside key only retracts the latch bolt until outside lever is unlocked by inside key
• Inside lever always operable
• Locking direction indicated on inside rose standard with this function
• ANSI - Meets and greatly exceeds ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 - Grade 1
• Non Handed
• UL and cUL listed to Canadian safety standards. Listed for 3 Hour Doors
