SKU: 8245 A mortise lock is one that requires a cutout in the edge of the door to accommodate the lock body. The Sargent 8245 Dormitory or Exit function mortise lock body provides maximum security, performance and durability. Ideally suited for Hospitals, Schools / Universities, Office Buildings and Government Facilities. Mortise lock bodies can be easily replaced but do not include the knob, lever or cylinder.
