  • Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts.
  • UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware.
  • Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1
  • Available as UL Fire Rated exit device for pairs of doors up to 8’ x 10’
  • Fire Rated strikes-Top 299F– Dull Black. Bottom 304L – Unfinished
  • Standard strikes- Top 299 – Dull Black. Bottom 248L-4 and 304L – unfinished
  • Latch Bolt- Deadlocking Anti-friction Top and Bottom Bolt, 5|8" throw
  • Device Centerline from Finished Floor -39-13/16” at center of device
  • Door Undercut- 1/4" from finished floor recommended, 3/4" maximum or 1/8" from threshold
  • Vertical rods are 1/2" square tubing
  • Device Lengths-3’ and 4’
