Top Pivot

Product Overview

  • Walking beam top pivot with cover plate for BTS closers
  • Accommodates top door clearances of 1/8", 3/8", or 3/4".
  • Non Handed
  • Concealed when door is closed.
  • Lateral adjustment assures the door is plumb.

Technical Specifications

  • Standard design includes needle bearings with hardened pins for durability and long life.
  • Furnished standard with machine screws.
  • Center hung pivots and pivot sets can be single acting (must use an applied stop) or double-acting.
  • Not recommended for use with overhead stops/holders, use HD8062.

Bottom Arm

  • For use with BTS series closers as bottom arm .
  • Weight capacity when used with RTS Series closer and with 7471K and 7471HD floor bearing is 250 lb.

  • Compact closer body and cement case 2-3/8" deep suited for thin slab concrete construction.
  • Spring Size 2 or 3
  • For center hung or offset applications
  • For doors weighing up to 660 pounds
  • Size 2, Exterior doors 2'6"-3'6" wide,
    Interior doors, 2'6"- 4'0" wide

  • For both single and double-acting doors
