The Rockwood Fusible Link Fire Rated Louver is for use with 1-3/4" wood or metal doors and provides 50% free air flow while fastening to one side to ensure security. The fusible link inside the louver is heat activated, holding the blades open during normal operation. Once a critical temperature of 135°F is reached, the fusible link breaks, snapping the blades closed in the event of a fire. This product is 90 minute fire rated.
