This Dorma BTS80F-5 is a handed, compact Fire rated floor closer body and cement case suitable for thin slab concrete construction in interior or exterior applications. This floor closer body can be used with offset or center-hung, heavy, single acting doors weighing up to 660 pounds. The wide selection of spindles available makes this closer body adaptable for use on almost all floor covering and threshold applications.

Because this is not a stock item we must order it specifically for you and we will be unable to accept a return unless the item is defective as determined by the factory it was bought from.
