This product is a variation of Rixson’s 27. It closely resembles the 27-3/4, however this model has a 1-1/2” . When purchasing the complete package this closer includes the 27 floor closer body, a cycolac cement case, and the 27/127 S floor plate, which are identical to the components of the Rixson 27-3/4, and the 1-1/2” arm package, the 1-1/2” and the 1-1/2” top pivot which make this product unique. There are many options available for this item including different finishes, door handing, , and opening degrees which can be selected above. This closer is and , and is ideal for interior and exterior doors in commercial buildings that are up to four feet wide and weigh up to two hundred and fifty pounds.
