The 770 from Zero International is THE gasketing of choice for high STC rated doors. Using a compressible neoprene bulb seal as well as being fully adjustable, this gasketing can allow even warped doors to be sealed against smoke, fire, air infiltration and sound. Used in several different STC setups, this gasketing has got it all! This Perimeter Gasketing allows for easy and forgiving installation with its individually adjustable sections. Made to be used on cased openings as a stop or on non-cased openings. This product is Fire Rated UL10C
