This Sargent 11G38 is a T-Zone, 11 Line extra heavy duty lock. It is designed as a classroom security lock in which the lock can be locked or unlocked with a key in the outside or inside lever. However, when it is locked with a key in the inside lever, the key in the outside lever will retract the latchbolt but will not unlock the trim.

Because this is not a stock item we must order it specifically for you and we will be unable to accept a return unless the item is defective as determined by the factory it was bought from.
